These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Paws on Patrol LLC services ("Paws on Patrol," "we," "us"). By requesting a quote, booking a visit, or using our website at pawsonpatrol.info, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Paws on Patrol provides residential and commercial pet waste removal and yard sanitization services in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding communities including Stone Oak, Helotes, Timberwood Park, Bulverde, Fair Oaks Ranch, and Leon Valley. Service availability in other areas is at our discretion.
2. Pricing and Billing
Current pricing is posted at pawsonpatrol.info and in your quote. Pricing is based on the number of dogs, frequency, and optional add-ons selected when you signed up. Recurring customers are billed monthly through Jobber. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed. Late payments more than 30 days past due may result in service suspension until the balance is cleared.
We may update our pricing with at least 14 days' notice. If you disagree with a price change, you may cancel without penalty before the new rate takes effect.
3. Scheduling and Access
Service visits are scheduled on recurring days depending on your selected frequency. You agree to:
- Leave the gate unlocked on your scheduled service day, or provide a working gate code in advance.
- Secure aggressive or unfriendly pets during our visit. For safety, our technician will not enter a yard with loose aggressive dogs and will reschedule.
- Keep the yard reasonably accessible (no lawn equipment, hoses, or other obstacles blocking the service area).
If we arrive and cannot safely access your yard, the visit will be marked complete, billed at the normal rate, and rescheduled for the next service day. We will notify you via SMS and photo documentation.
4. Weather and Rescheduling
We service in most weather, but cancel for unsafe conditions including lightning, heavy rain (>0.5 inches forecasted), hail, ice, or extreme heat advisories. When we cancel for weather, your visit is rescheduled to the next safe day at no additional cost. You will receive a text message with the new date.
5. Cancellation and Pausing
You may cancel or pause recurring service at any time by contacting us at least 24 hours before your next scheduled visit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will still be billed for that visit. One-time cleanups cannot be refunded once completed. There is no long-term contract — recurring service continues until you cancel.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the yard at no additional charge. Refunds are handled case by case and are not automatic.
7. Liability
Paws on Patrol is insured and bonded. Our liability for any single claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected visit. We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by your pets to our equipment or technicians.
- Pre-existing yard conditions including dead grass, holes, or damaged fencing.
- Pets that escape through a gate left unlocked by someone other than our technician. Our technicians photograph every closed gate before leaving.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, equipment failure, or events outside our reasonable control.
8. SMS Communications
When you submit our quote form, you consent to receive SMS messages from Paws on Patrol as described in our Privacy Policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time.
9. Website Use
Our website and its content are the property of Paws on Patrol LLC. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or use our content for competing services. Automated form submissions, bots, and spam are prohibited.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated via email or SMS where practical.
