SMS / Text Message Program
When you submit our quote form and check the consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from Paws on Patrol at the phone number you provide. These messages include:

- Day-before, one-hour, and 30-minute arrival reminders
- Service completion notifications (which may include a photo of your closed gate)
- Optional add-on offers such as sanitizer treatments

Message frequency varies depending on your service schedule. Typical active customers receive 1–4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe — you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to re-subscribe.
Your mobile phone number and consent details are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not sell your phone number.
Sharing Your Information
We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business:
- Jobber — customer relationship management, scheduling, invoicing, and the client portal.
- Twilio — SMS message delivery.
- Netlify — website hosting.
- Google — business profile, reviews, and (if applicable) analytics.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — if and when we run advertising; we may install the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to similar audiences.
